Toast support was horrendous and they text you a video how to deal with issues. With In-touch the \[sensitive content hidden\] is actually involved in the day to day operations and would personally call to check on us. > > **Cons**: I can't think of anything negative to say about In-touch, every time we had an issue their support was right there to fix the problem. > > 20 years, switched to Toast, less than 2 months I switched back to in-touch. Toast looked great on paper, but after using for 2 months the support was horrible from day one, with in-touch you pay for hardware and software up front with no monthly fees. Myself and my staff dove into the system and went live on the second day after it was installed. Their installation and training process was beyond excellent and easy.
