> **Pros**: Customized to the Alberta liquor retail market. Receiving of inventory is super easy and is done in a matter of minutes on large orders containing new SKUs.

> When we purchased Barnet POS system for our liquor store, we were somewhat overwhelmed with the options available. We looked at the competitors and really  liked the functionality that the software offered and the ability to have some elements customized to our industry. We've had really great support from the entire Barnet team and are very happy with the day to day operations of this software package. It's a tool that has allowed us to grow our business and will undoubtedly continue to grow with us for the years to come\!

As a point of sale provider on Vancouver island, I've installed BarnetPOS at many stores and also worked with Barnet on custom software development projects as well as eCommerce projects. Their team is easy to work with, and always open to new ideas.  I've always have the feeling that they love what they do, and it shows in their software and the friendly and prompt support they give.

> **Cons**: Some of the small things. For example, the titles within separate reports are used interchangeably.

> We have used Barnet for several years. What I find most valuable is the access to tech support, they are available all the time, and know everyone by name. We have never been unable to connect with anyone from Barnet. That is excellent\! Customer Service. 
It took a while to get things customized to what we wanted to see and maybe have some more things we would like customized, but the fact that they will take the time to customize the system is great\!
