Incentive bonuses

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: It allows for the organization of incentives and for them to become reality in order to encourage all workers to have better performance

Pros:

I think this type of incentive implemented through Awardco is wonderful for the benefit of all of us workers who recognize effort and good performance, which is more valued. Awardco is a way to create recognition programs, giving incentives more easily and really to the people who deserve them

Cons:

I like the function developed by Awardco, and there are no complaints about the software

Awardco is Awesome

5.0 3 months ago

Pros:

Awardco offers a physical or virtual spend rewards card. This is the first software I have used that had a physical card, my employees enjoyed this. Another great feature is Awardco partners with Amazon. My employees absolutely loved this because they could truly select a reward they would use and enjoy.

Cons:

There is nothing negative to say at this time. The software has been great.

I like how AwardCo feels like a social media page, and you can see your co-workers recognize each other.

Cons:

At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about Awardco

Great option for employee recognition!

Pros:

Lots of options and easy to utilize. Recognition is always loved and appreciated.

Cons:

You are taxed on it so in a way it's always less than what you originally thought.

New to me, and I love it!

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I think my company failed to introduce and educate me on Awardco, or I somehow totally missed it with onboarding. I suddenly started receiving recognitions, looked into it, stumbled upon the Awardco site/tool, and it seemed clear enough. I felt uncomfortable for a while about how exactly the points and ultimately $ were funded. I still don't know, but I've just been going with it. At some point, I finally became curious about how to redeem. It seemed intuitive enough, and almost "too good to be true" that 1 point = 1$. That's very generous of BPM! I didn't spend much time looking at the options to redeem, because the items in the catalog didn't catch my attention or interest me much. I was super happy to see that I could redeem into a credit card! So, I became an even bigger fan! I love the interaction with coworkers, feeling appreciated, validated, and the fun friendly element of it.

Pros:

Awardco's interface and feature suite is very nice. It's complex enough to be useful but not too cluttered etc. I really appreciate that email notifications are sent out to clue you in about being recognized or prompting you to recognize points before they expire.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything negative about Awardco, and I'm kind of a critical user who is frustrated by many apps, websites, interfaces etc. Awardco has been awesome.

Awardco has been great for me!

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: Awardco has been easy to use and I've enjoyed the rewards that I've been able to select. Donating $100.00 to Special Olympics or buying a new pair of shoes as a reward for my effort is a lot nicer than getting another clear plastic trophy with a clock that doesn't work.

Pros:

I'm a sales rep at a large company. I've seen a lot of different rewards programs. Some have been cash, others have been specific travel options, and many others have included gift cards. While I've never turned down a single reward, Awardco has made it a nicer process for me. I get some recognition points for my birthday, and for my work anniversary, but most of them come from sales achievements. I've used points for donations to Special Olympics and Miracle Children's Network. I've also used points for company swag and to buy items I needed from Amazon. Once, I even cashed in my points for money that was added directly to my paycheck. It's been really great.

Cons:

The interface with Amazon is a little cumbersome and when items, like shirts or shoes, have multiple size options, the system doesn't allow you to pick an item and then pick the size.

The Rewards of having Awardco

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: It really is exciting to see staff so appreciative of receiving a manager awarded recognition and the enthusiasm of staff to share this appreciation with their peers has helped to retain our amazing talent.

Pros:

One of the best features is the ability to make one large or many small purchases that are curtailed by the users need.

Cons:

New vendor products can sometimes take time for gaining access to the platform but I have always seen those products available at some point down the road usually a year later.

Excellent Platform

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: Awardco has been an excellent and worthwhile tool that has made a huge difference in overall moral. Employees feel that they are recognized for their hard work and therefore want to do more for themselves and company.

Pros:

Choice of awards. I am an avid fitness fanatic and would definitely love discounts on gym and workout equipment.

Cons:

Would like more travel discount options. I love to travel. Possible travel agency options to help with reasonable flight choices would be amazing.

Awardco, the best employee rewards and recognition platform

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: My overall experience is just awesome. I like the fact that I can have all my employees rewards and recognition needs in one platform. I highly recommend Awardco to all business owners and employers.

Pros:

The best thing with Awardco is that it is like a one-stop shop for all employee recognition, and rewards.

Cons:

Everything is amazing with Awardco and no complaints, so far.

Excellent Product that empowers peers and managers to make a difference!

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I love being able to quickly describe the excellent action/job someone performed. The fact everyone in the organization can see the praise is upbuilding to those who receive the recognition as well as to those who generate the recognition.

Pros:

I love the fact we can shout out to ANYONE at the organization. We have the option to make the shout-out private - but really, I've never used that. If someone has done an outstanding action - I want everyone to know!

Cons:

In the past we did not have the option to convert our points to a credit card. You all fixed that issue - now I love everything!

Wonderful App!

4.0 3 months ago

Pros:

I like that there are a lot of good options.

Cons:

Shipping of ordered items from my "employer store" takes too long. Please consider adding the following as egift card options: Chick-fil-A, Lowe's, Game of Axes, McDonald's, Off The Wall, PetSmart, Publix, The Escape Game, Throw Social, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Also, it would be nice to be able to see past milestones so I could wish a belated whatever to co-workers.

Pros:

Bang for your Awardco

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I like this program. You are able to redeem your points quickly. The selection of ecards is amazing. And there are other things you can purchase to form mixers, watches ect.

Pros:

The selection of ecards is amazing! A lot to choose from!

Cons:

That they charge a fee if you want a physical visa gift card and not a virtual one. It can take up to 3 weeks to get the card.

Very nice program

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: Daily check on how colleagues reward each other, busting team efforts and motivation.

Pros:

How easy and straight forward it is to use.

Cons:

Cost constraints, I wish we had a larger budget for this program. It's not really nice only having $25 to split among my whole team.

Awardco works for me

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I've used Awardco for about 5 years and have been happy with the variety of ways to use my points and the delivery time is good.

Pros:

I like the variety of ways to "spend" your points. Unlike other reward programs you are not limited to a "prize catalog" you can shop on Amazon or get a gift card.

Cons:

Sometimes the product description could be better. If I feel it doesn't fulfill my needs, I will often search outside of Awardco for reviews and more information to make sure I'm getting the right item.

Great Employee Recognition Program

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I've appreciated being recognized for my efforts by both my colleagues and management. It is nice that our human resource department can run health initiatives through this system as well. It's been a nice way to end the week by thanking those that have made my job easier as well!

Pros:

Awardco is easy and fast to use which makes employees and employers more likely to use it. There are too many initiatives going on to have a cumbersome system in place for employee recognition. It is really nice to be able to use your points for company clothing and items via Amazon. I like being able to recognize my coworkers when they go above and beyond. It feels good to see rewards for our professional work and health initiatives.

Cons:

The only downside I have encountered is that I can't always access the items I want on Amazon. Expanding the catalog would be really helpful or offering an Amazon gift card option would help solve this issue.

Awardco Rewards Employees

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I have had a great experience with Awardco, I especially like the "only show items I can afford" feature when I'm shopping for items.

Pros:

the ability to "bank" points, providing for greater spending power.

Cons:

It seems that items that are Awardco options are priced higher than traditional shopping i.e. on Amazon Awardco eligible options appear to be priced a few dollars more expensively that on the Amazon site directly..

Ease of Use for Recognition

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: I like using Awardco to recognize my peers and employees. I login to Awardco at least 2-3 times per week to check my points, read the feed and recognize others.

Pros:

Awardco is easy to use for recognition. You just login and look for the person's name. You can then start typing to recognize your peer.

Cons:

It would be nice to have some sort of incentive when redeeming Awardco points. For example, 40 Awardco points for $50 AMZ egift.

Awardco Makes Life Easy

5.0 10 months ago

Pros:

I have about 2+ years of experience using this software, and I am thrilled with it. Whenever we have contests, or any kind of recognition, awardco makes it super easy to login and view all of your points. I love how it has the gift cards built in as well as me and Company merchandise if you’re not interested in gift cards, so there’s something for everyone. It also gives me a sense of being connected to everybody within the organization because we are all remote, so I like that I’m able to recognize people for doing a good job and have them potentially be rewarded for it.

Cons:

I love everything about AwardCo, it makes recognition easy.
