The simple nature of the flow in terms of setting up the Contest, configuring users, voters, judges and admins is extremely well thought out. It's easy to add images, and video and the base templating system is nearly foolproof. The knowledge base is outstanding and well put together and unlike a lot of SaaS out there actually up to date....like almost to the minute as they continue to release new value added features. They have designed the software so that it's not only Contestant and Voter friendly, but with a keen eye towards creating and capturing value for the Contest Thrower like us. The data capture is extensive and the Judging platform easy to setup with multiple options on weighted scoring in a "blind" environment. Just about everything in the package is flexible, extensible and darn near drag and drop ease of use. The learning curve is pretty short and the support team is very responsive, knowledgeable and truly eager to help your Contest succeed. Not only do they almost always have the answer right at hand, but they follow up after the fact to make sure that you were able to implement specific features or customizations.
