> Took way too long, disrespectful staffFinally after a day, two Push providers, I have a antibiotic prescription I can pick up tonight at 7:33 at my CVS. The first doctor asked me a question at 10:33 last night, I replied at 10:39 pm, then she went silent until 10 am this morning when I asked for her to be replaced.The new nurse draged it out futher. Disputing my request. I suggested the exact same drugs that were prescribed by Push in 2021. That's all I knew. I didn't want Cipro. The new nurse argued, even offered to terminate the transaction. (This kind of threat while a patient is having painful UTI is really bad)Pathetic customer service. Not close to 2021.Totally pathetic company. They don't care about their customers. I had a UTI, needed antibiotics. Stay awayDate of experience: October 18, 2023

> **Cons**: Tried 2 different pharmacies and re-sending the prescription over and over, but nothing worked. I called customer service and it goes to voicemail after 10 minutes of hold music. As far as I'm concerned Push is just a scam website, and PayPal agrees with me and refunded their fee.
