No bloat, no bull. It does exactly what I need it to do: keeps track of stuff without becoming another thing that needs managing. It’s clean, fast, and lets me know who’s got what, when it’s due back, and what condition it’s in - Reftab feels built for people who actually do things, not just manage them. > > **Cons**: What bugs me about Reftab is that it still feels a bit rigid. It’s great for tracking assets, but the workflow side can get clunky. I can’t bend it as far as I want - no true automation, no bulk logic beyond imports, and integrations are limited unless I've not worked this out yet. The UI, while clean, can also feel dated.
