Flexibility to tweak demand, service level and other parameters to ensure the best result

> **Cons**: The issues we have are specific to products that are project driven and very sporadic in nature.  I don't think any software could handle a product line with over 365 day lead time, huge spikes in demand, and require a high fill rate.

> The support through implementation and continuous training  has been superior.  We have received full support to build out the reports we need to utilize this software.  There is much functionality we still have left to explore.
