> **Pros**: Most of the features was very good and easy to use. Integration was very easy and the support team is very quick to solve the queries. 
As an Admin, I have used most of the features and I like the compensation management feature, it was very useful and was calculating the income tax and also having an option to declare investments. 
Payroll management was also very quick and easy to use for the mid-sized company. 
Attendance management module was also really amazing and reports and analytics feature was giving the best idea about overall things functioning on the software. 
PMS was great especially 360 degree review which was almost self-explanatory and I don't have to explain this to the employees.

> **Cons**: I think only recruitment  management module was something which needs to improve based on the other powerful ATS available in the market and of course companies requirements too.

I don't find any other cons as such.

> As an admin, I used this platform for 3 years and found very useful. 

Gone are those days, where we were spending days and hours on attendance management, payroll, compensation management, employee database, performance management, employee engagement, leave management etc. This tool has reduced my 75% of workload and I could focus on other important things only because of HRStop. And really Thanks for the Support team for their quick responses whenever I needed.
