We use it to publish permission based Event and Member Directory information onto the web as well as manage online profiles, provide access to Member only data and other functionality across the website. It plays the pivotal role in what is a robust and stable web/crm environment. The various modules that are available with Smart Membership mean that we can maximise our investment in MS Dynamics and have the flexibility to develop and adapt our services as the organisation and industry changes.
