Combine that with the peace of mind knowing our data is secure, and the amazing customer support whenever we have a question or the on-going training for using Act\! and mobile access, we feel that those features alone elevate the value for money about our investment to manage our emails for our marketing and sales team.

> **Cons**: At times, the in-depth customisation capabilities can feel a little clunky and slow, which can add to a loss of efficiency of human capital.
