It solves multiple operational and device management challenges in a centralized way while remaining relatively straightforward to maintain. For the most part, the platform is hands-off and does what it says on the box. Device management, policy enforcement, application deployment, and visibility have all been reliable in our environment. One of the biggest advantages for us is the ability to host the solution in-house. This gives us greater control over security, compliance, and integration with our existing infrastructure and security layers. Considering the feature set, deployment flexibility, and cost, it has been a solid solution for our requirements. > > **Cons**: There can occasionally be some ambiguity between the on-premises and cloud components/features, particularly when working through documentation or specific configurations. A bit more clarity and consistency in that area would improve the overall administrator experience.
