The support experience was worse than the software failure. Replies took days. When we escalated, we were told the mapping is a self service process and that there was no indication of financial loss, while we were actively issuing refunds and cancelling bookings. Nobody has taken ownership of the problem. A channel manager has one core job: put the right reservation on the right property.
