> **Pros**: Our business migrated over to zenoti a couple of months ago and it has  been a wonderful experience with all the great capabilities they offer especially for franchising. Our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10;. is quick and efficient and lovely to work with. He has a clear understanding of our wants and needs and always finds. a solution for us. The zenoti team also provided a great training for us how to utilize the system and it is extremely easy to learn and navigate bookings, reporting, inventory, scheduling and payroll.

> **Pros**: I've used Zenoti for a couple months at the spa where I work. It's nice to be able to use the desktop version when at work and still be able to see my client schedule and client forms on the mobile app from home. There are also a lot of features that make it clear and easy to use, and to customize different codes or icons so that with just a quick glance I can see if I client is new, is an existing member, and some of the specifics for their service booking.

> **Cons**: There seems to be some issues with integration between the desktop version and the mobile version. When at the spa on the desktop which is hard wired to internal servers within the location, on sporadically for random clients I'm not able to load the profile information, yet for the same client/appointent I am able to open it from a mobile device that is on the same server wifi. The GM has reviewed all of the permission settings as well as contacted our customer support and there doesn't seem to be a consistent reason or "fix". Additionally the mobile app is really glitchy both from my home wifi and on the spa wifi connection. The screen windows sometimes come up out of view, for example when opening my client schedule for the day only 1/4 of the schedule "window" is viewable to the far right of my screen and the rest is cut off with no ability to scroll or swipe over. Usually after I switch calendar/schedule layout views a couple times then it will come up like it's supposed to. Also, the mobile app takes a really long time to process when trying to open client profiles and forms which is very frustrating when on a tight client schedule.

> Overall it seems like Zenoti "should" be a great platform. It has tons of bells and whistles that would make it an ideal platform and I'm sure it has far more capability beyond the pretty basic level of use that my role utilizes it for. However, I personally would be a bit hesitant to recommend it and would likely not use it myself if I ran a full service spa. With as glitchy and unpredictable even the basic functions seem to be I would be nervous to even try utilizing some of the more complex features.

> **Pros**: The support before integration and the steps were very detailed and on schedule. The day we went live was hard but we made it. Our online scheduling has increased. I have learned to be patient with sending questions as they are addressed to me, passing these questions onto the message board. If I don’t understand, a live agent is easily available with helping. With Rocket Lane, the degree of help is answered with meetings set up to deep dive even further

I had to learn to be patient in the beginning and was forced to ask the message board. &#10;The Aplus rewards don’t automatically show, you have to find them. Customer returning products is not specified for product returns and Aplus rewards and redeeming points.
