Comments: Truly a lifesaver. I feel like I am not a business person, but simple practice simplifies so many aspects of this.

Pros:

I love all of the things that the developers decided to incorporate in this platform. You can upload your business documents, any documents relevant to your client records and so much more. I have created questionnaires that are specific to my practice so that I can gather data upfront and this prevents me from missing out on money. I love the integration for scheduling appointments, telehealth and billing and invoicing. If you want to streamline your practice, this is for you.

Cons:

Clients cannot pay partial balances in their client portal yet, those payments have to be taken in the office.

Pros:

I love that everything is included: documentation, scheduling, billing, and messaging. I also love that I can customize my forms/notes.

Cons:

My patients say the messaging system does not work well on phones and I don't always receive notifications that I've received a message from someone.

Terrible Customer Service & Misleading

Comments: Very poor and feel cheated out of money

Pros:

The pricing was what initially attracted me to this company

Cons:

When Simplepractice decided to increase its cost I did not consent to it and believed that the subscription was canceled until until I seen the ongoing charges. There were no clear steps for me to cancel the subscription as it still was asking to "confirm" the subscription. This makes me feel I was misled by Simplepractice. They refused to refund me any money.....

Hi Shweta - We sent multiple emails and notifications about our subscription changes and continued to allow customers to cancel their accounts at any time. Nothing has changed about our cancelation process and we notified our customers that their accounts would be locked unless either a new subscription plan was chosen or the account was canceled.

I liked it's ease of use and automated billing. Easy to set up billing for insurance.

Cons:

It is very expensive for a group practice and does not scale well for multiple disciplines.
