Our issue is with using the program - we don't find it intuitive or user friendly. It seems to be the kind of program and help area that points you in the right direction but leaves you to work out exactly how to produce the report or complete the task . We have worked out what we want to do over the last 10 years and written our own instructions for our office staff.
