> **Pros**: We use it for managing the events and I have no complaints there. Its has improved in the past 4 years and like the browser version the most. I am still getting used to the support chatbot, have always used the human support.

> **Cons**: I have a slight issue with the Agenda in adding panel discussion speakers to it and when you have parallel sessions the word "Track" cannot be removed.
> 
> Its been great using Eventsair and the improvements from when we started using it in 2017 have been great.
