Pros:
Easy to setup and use, much easier than other time trackers.
Cons:
A bit clunky and buggy but still worked. Sometimes when I'm a hurry it was a pain to go past the bugs.

TimeCamp has been a very good choice for us — particularly as a freelance/consulting style operation or small-to-medium team working mostly on computers and needing solid time transparency and billing integrity.
Pros:
What stood out right away with TimeCamp is how it handles time tracking with less friction: the automatic tracking, keyword/desktop window detection and integrations (with tools like Trello, Jira, Slack) meant I spent far less time asking “what did I work on this morning?” and more time just doing work.
Cons:
the mobile experience and some of the “on-the-go” features didn’t feel as polished — I had bumps like timers hanging, geofencing or offline entries being a bit unpredictable, which is a drag when team members aren’t always desk-bound.

"Great Functionality, But customer support it's ZERO"

Every time I approached them for a review, they only provided links with information on the website—no intention to help a customer-specific problem. It's a shame since it seems to be good software. They believe everything is well explained so they don't have to answer specific questions.
Pros:
Their software is handy; it has some flaws but generally has a lot of potential.
Cons:
Timecamp is a great tool for tracking the time spent on various activities, and it functions well in that regard. However, the lack of solid customer service policies significantly diminishes its value. I’ve contacted them multiple times with questions, but instead of receiving helpful assistance, I was simply directed to their articles. In today’s world, where customer service is crucial to success, it’s surprising that they don’t prioritize it. It seems like they’re too confident in their product, believing it can succeed on its own without making an effort to support their users.

TimeCamp is a product for anyone looking forward to been more accountable and getting it better at managing time. It has been giving me a great experience and has allowed me to get a habit of proper time utilization and management.
Pros:
TimeCamp gives me the ability to analyze my daily routine which gives me important insights about how am spending my time which includes areas where am falling short of managing time. This gives me a start off in optimizing my performance and become more accountable. We also use it as team during projects to track our time usage and relating this with the budgeted time, we get to improve on our work by speeding up the lagging areas.
Cons:
Up to this point, all has been going on well with TimeCamp and i have nothing that i have liked least about it.
