It's very easy to use and there are so many convenient features that make its so much easier for medical documentation. Managing patient accounts and patient records are easier, faster, more efficient. I have not had many bugs or issues with the software so far. My last representative, \[sensitive content hidden\], ia very kind in guiding me on how to use a new feature of ClinicMind 2.0, and I am very thankful for her compassion and patience. I look forward to all my zoom calls with the customer service and tech support team. I highly recommend them.
