> **Pros**: I am using HRMantra from past one year, it is very good tool to monitor the employee attendance, and also we have some more feature that is HRIS, Leave, Calendar (with Holiday list), PMS, LMS \& HR Policies.
And also it has my past one-year attendance data and we can it any time.

> **Cons**: Every time I got Confusion on Leave Balance and History, Sometimes it will not update my swipe details, when I open the Leave Application page it will take time to load the page.

> **Pros**: HR Mantra is an easy software to use. It has simple UI which helps everyone to utilise it easily. The additional features of filling out KRAs and pre loaded sample also makes it easier for the users to put less efforts.

> **Cons**: It is not equipped with all the feature you would like in a HR Management tool, it has it's own drawbacks like the tracking of attendance management. It is not completely automated and sometimes you have to reach out your HR and get the issue resolved which other wise you should have been able to do it on your own.
> 
> Used it for over 2 years and found it very smooth as didn't used it much for any other task other than tracking attendance and performance. It is easy to use for attendance tracking but if you want to look on other details regarding an employee than the experience is not that good and often we have to use other tools to do so.
