It integrates seamlessly with the POS system we use in our wineries so that most of the time the staff never even needs to interact with Vines OS. It hasn't been a problem but it would be nice to have limited access for some and expanded access for others. > > A lot of software companies pride themselves on customer service but it means different things to different companies. I was impressed and continue to be impressed with the relationship built between us and the VinesOS team. It's a small team so you really get to develop a relationship and they get to understand your unique business. There have been a number of things that have come up that we'd say, "Gosh, it would be really nice if the system could..." And, within a day they have a reasonably priced estimate on the cost for that customization and a realistic date to complete it. So the platform continues to grow with us and our needs.
