About Smart Drycleaning POS System

We already have thousands of customers through the country, but we are looking to add to our base.
We have been actively involved in the dry cleaning industry for over 20 years by building our feature rich Point-of-Sale, also known as the Smart System. We also have our barcoded conveyor system, and automated assembly systems available, which merges software and hardware.

Comments: Consistency

Pros: I have been using this system since 2001. In the past, we used to do manual inventory control and management. We currently have 3 systems set up. The Smart System really makes management for my business a breeze. I cannot imagine going back to the old way we were running things. They are always ready to support me if the need arises, which is not often by the way. Their support is superb and will take the time to support our business to business relationship. They offered me split payments and financing, so payment was not an issue for me. Support is available during standard business hours, 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. Support will attempt to answer any and all questions regarding the dry-cleaning industry, in general, or as it applies to your immediate needs.

Comments: I have been using this software last 20 years. Smart dry cleaners POS system works out for me perfect. It has all the marketing and management features and also 100% interface with my automated sorting system with heatseal barcode tags. I have been so happy with Smart POS!

Pros: Full of features! Gear to full automation! Tech support knows what they are talking about and they have been a great help every time I called!

Great system! It is very easy to use and perfect sales/marketing reports.

Comments: I think Smart system has too many features that I don't use much.... I think because of some other users in different states with different policies or something.

Pros: Smart POS system has many features that help my business to grow. GBS tech team is always pleasant to work with. Brad is one of my favorite tech support. They are very all nice and very helpful when I call them.

Comments: HELLO GOOD MORNING, MY NAME IS LIZETH I AM THE MANAGER OF A CLEANERS IN CA, I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW JUST TO EXPRESS HOW I AM FEELING NOW AFTER A 3 YEARS OF USING THIS GBS SMART DRY CLEANERS SYSTEM V2005 I CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME SAID THAT HE IS THE MANAGER NAME AUSTIN. 01-04-2016 AT 9:30AM IN CALIFORNIA.
THE ONLY THING THAT I ASKED WAS TO HELP ME CONFIGURED MY AUTOMATIC SALES REPORT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND HE SAID THAT BECAUSE IT'S AFTER 1 YEAR OF USE HE CAN NOT HELP ME. HE IS BUSY WITH OTHERS ACCOUNTS AND IF THEY ARE GOING TO HELP ME THEIR COMPANY WILL CHARGE ME ONE TIME USE THEIR TECH SERVICE $ 285.00.
FIRST THE PROGRAM HAS ISSUES ON THE CORRELATIVE INVOICE NUMBERS AND FOR A REASON OR OTHER 3 OR SOMETIMES 4 INVOICE NUMBERS DOES'NT APPEAR. I THINK THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR INVENTORY. PLEASE COMPANIES THAT ARE THINKING TO BUY A SYSTEM FROM GBS COMPANY THINK TWICE. FIRST ASKED FROM THE BEGINNING ABOUT THE TECH SUPPORT AND FOR HOW LONG THEY CAN HELP YOU. AND BE SURE THAT THE PROGRAM RUNS PERFECT. YOU ARE BY YOURSELF WITH THIS PRODUCT.
