- **Pricing Details**: forms and assessments, telehealth, AI documentation assistance, billing, revenue cycle tools, and operations features. Patients, charts, notes, claims, and documents are unlimited.

Solo Providers pricing is $90 per seat per month for teams of up to 5 staff. Group Practice pricing automatically scales with your team size: $85 per seat per month for 6–15 staff, $80 for 16–30 staff, and $75 for 31 or more staff. As you add seats and reach the next band, the per-seat rate decreases. If your staffing changes, your pricing band adjusts with it.

Student interns are $25 per seat per month, while admin and billing staff are $60 per seat per month. These discounted seats count toward your total staff count for determining your Group Practice pricing band, but retain their discounted seat rates. Qualifying nonprofits can access the full platform for $70 per clinical provider seat per month, with no clinical seat cap.

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial of the full platform, with no credit card or sales call required. Solo and Group Practice plans have no implementation fee. Larger historical data migrations are quoted separately.

> **Pros**: It's fast, easy to learn, intuitive and it allows me to add features.  It has many opportunities for clients to use it and track data.  As a clinical director, UNISONA is superior to all others I've used.   We can enter and analyze data in a flash. Sam provides excellent customer service.
