My Experience and Recommendation

Pros:

From the perspective of someone making a purchasing decision, I am extremely pleased with iSpring Suite. The fact that our employees are satisfied with their work within the system speaks volumes. The support provided by iSpring is not only timely but also exceptionally prompt. Overall, my experience with iSpring Suite has been exceedingly positive. I regard it as an exceptional tool for developing a wide range of content, and I wholeheartedly endorse it for those who may be uncertain about which program to select.

Cons:

I don't have any specific complaints about iSpring Suite.

Best training software out there!

Pros:

The tech support is out of this world. They help me so quickly and send screenshots of exactly what I need to do when I get stuck.

Cons:

I run multiple accounts and would like an easier single sign-in, so I don't have to log in and out of accounts all of the times.

Overall Experience ISpring Suite and Tech Support

Comments: Great help in creating my asynchronous modules, though a bit tedious when doing the voiceovers. Tech Support is really great. Quick resolution and patient agents. [sensitive content hidden], to name a few, that I have encountered recently due to an ongoing issue. [sensitive content hidden] is very knowledgeable; he has already assisted me twice and resolved both issues. [sensitive content hidden] extended her assistance even after the resolution and was eager to do a follow-up. [sensitive content hidden], on the other hand, was really patient as I navigated and looked for my missing files.

Pros:

Interaction and quizzes. Allows some activity so the course will not be monotonous.

Cons:

Still avatars and voiceovers. Tedious task to do voiceovers.

ISpring Suite and Why I Love It

Comments: Excellent product. Ease of use cannot be over emphasized as long as you are familiar with Powerpoint.

Pros:

The fact that ISpring Suite is a Powerpoint add-in means that I did not have to learn any new authoring product. It incorporates seamlessly.

Cons:

I must sometimes work from home if sick or for other reasons. I have been unable to activate the product at home even though it is possible.

Comments: I used the trial version first and with relaly good experience. As I was not expecting to use all the ISpring functionality, decided to buy a cheaper solution for SCORM publishing which at the end did not not working properly and not supporting big video files.

Pros:

Easy to use and very good integration into powerpoint Customer service is excellent

Cons:

This is the first project I worked and and so far all is fine

Comments: It has been positive from first talking to our rep when we were looking for an online program. The trail went smoothly, but the backup service from the support team is just the best. They are patient and nothing is too hard for them to help with.

Pros:

It can be easily used as part of Power Point. If you are familiar with power point it is relatively easy to use iSpring.

Cons:

Just learning a new program. but with patience I learned that it wasn't that hard to use.

Pros:

I truly appreciate the ease with which we can create and navigate content within the system. Given our extensive experience with PowerPoint, iSpring provides a seamless transition to a robust content library and effortless module assignment across various teams. The ability to monitor progress and pinpoint knowledge gaps among our users is invaluable. The interactivity of the platform allows us to craft engaging eLearning experiences and effectively digitalize our training process. It's a fantastic tool for enhancing our training efforts!

Cons:

One of the most challenging aspects we encountered was automating the registration process for each user within iSpring, particularly in our fast-paced and dynamic company where team changes due to new hires and promotions are frequent. Although we devised a method to automate this process and integrate it with OKTA based on job titles, the system does not automatically update when employees switch teams. This has a detrimental impact on our reporting, and the manual updating of lists is time-consuming. Additionally, we see an opportunity for enhancements, particularly in the area of card flips, to further optimize the platform.

Nice tool for good price

Comments: while not at the very top of eLearning softwares, it is definitely worth its price and as with many "smaller" companies the support is what sets them apart from other providers.

Pros:

really easy to use, Powerpoint plugin integration helps starting projects quickly and efficiently. Useful functionalities keep being added (i.e. last year text to speech). Low price compared to other providers like Adobe Captivate. Customer Support always answers quickly and resolves most issues in no time, big plus for us.

Cons:

collaboration with colleagues is still not optimal. Working on a shared drive is impossible, the cloud solution requires you to upload and download the project every time you make a change and still it is not seamless and you sometimes need to link project files with source files when editing a colleagues file.

Easy to learn and use.

Comments: Overall, using iSpring Suite is a positive experience. I've tried others, but none are as easy to use and have excellent technical support.

Pros:

Since iSpring was designed to work with PowerPoint, using your existing training or teaching materials is easy. The added benefit of integrating checkpoint quizzes and exit assessments allows the student to self-monitor their understanding.

Cons:

The software is obviously designed and marketed towards corporate training and the included characters and backgrounds are limited if you are designing courses or lessons that are geared toward secondary education or below.

Sometimes it can be difficult to learn a new feature but they do provide you with video demos and the team are always able to help quickly.

Comments: I have used iSpring in my previous and current companies. The tool is developing, new features (e.g. text to speech) are really useful for multi-languages companies. Easy to work with.

Pros:

Integration with PowerPoint, easy to use for most of course designers

Cons:

The lectors for not common languages (e.g. Lithuanian) is not so natural

Pros:

The customer support - they always respond within a couple of hours with clear step by step instructions and pictures.

Cons:

Making quick updates / publishing function can be time consuming. Would be good to have a live test mode (to be able to skip slides / work through faster when testing).

Pros:

I’m converting my classroom training online with iSpring and love every minute of it! It’s easy to learn and the tools and features are fantastic. Support has be quick, friendly and helpful. The free webinars are also valuable. I’m so excited to keep creating and learning more! Thanks iSpring!

Cons:

I’ve shared a few minor suggestions for the quizzes and interactions but iSpring is open to feedback and has given me solid workarounds! All around amazing!

Excellent Technical Support

Comments: So far my experience is good. Mostly because the tech support team is knowledgeable and helpful. Would love a feature to get support through Zoom, Teams, etc.

Pros:

What I like the most is the excellent customer service and the very helpful tech support team. Today [sensitive content hidden] assisted me. I was having so much trouble editing a video project. It took a very long time to get through this, hence being assisted by several tech support agents. All the tech support agents were very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. In the end, [sensitive content hidden] helped me complete my project and the ending result was a complete success. Thank you, [sensitive content hidden] !

Cons:

I don't know if this is available, but having the option to video support through Zoom, Teams, would be so great for people like me who are always in virtual meetings.
