I use invoices, purchase orders, payment receipts and project cost tracking. The AI is handy, particularly scanning invoices from my phone or uploading a PDF and having the details prefilled for me to review. I also like how the reports are presented. The overview brings profit, money received, outstanding customer payments and unpaid bills together clearly. It makes it easier to understand where things stand without going through every document individually.

In my view, the Business plan is good value for what it includes. Another plus is that Papertools doesn’t add its own fee to Stripe payments—you still pay Stripe’s processing fees.

> **Pros**: What stood out most to us was how easy Papertools was to get up and running. The purchase order process is clear and easy to follow, from creating and sending a PO through to confirmation and converting it into a bill. This has reduced duplication and made the overall workflow much more efficient.

Beyond purchasing, the invoicing, expense management and reporting features have been useful because everything is kept together in one platform. It makes it easier to track information and provides a better overall picture of what's happening across the business.

> **Cons**: There are a few areas where additional reporting customisation would be useful, particularly for more detailed reporting requirements. However, these are fairly minor points and haven't had any real impact on our day-to-day use of the system.

The platform is intuitive, adding users and assigning permissions is straightforward, and the workflow feels logical from beginning to end. Having purchase orders, invoices, expenses and reporting all linked together has improved visibility and reduced administration for our team. It's become a system that we use every day and one that has genuinely improved our workflow.
