Apparently they let slip some thing similar happened to another customer and they offered me to introduce a new customer to allow me to reduce my contract. STRAIGHT FROM THE MOUTH OF \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. literally could not make this up\! Also I had a Tracker unit Lithium Battery EXPLODE\! crystal ball did not really care. I had to have it removed by a 3rd party for safety. informed the sales manager \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and he said oh never heard of that before, however spoke to the installer who took the unit out and he said hes taken a few of this type out recently.... HMMMM i then got the remaining units removed as Crystal Ball would not send me the product safety sheet or compliance information.. For doing that I'm threatened with a £119+vat removal fee per unit for safeguarding my assets from going up in smoke\! > > Terrible, The customer service attitude is HEY\! We got a contract that states you have no rights, our contract is LAW and if you disagree with any part of the contract we will charge you £XXXXX and XXXXXX and then XXXXX and the decision is ours as to what we deem fit. I will await the final chapter when Crystal Ball take me to court for breach of contract\!
