Most of our clients are all over the world and we only meet virtually, and that’s where DocuSign has provided the most value for me and my team, signing and managing documents and contracts. No one can ever dispute when a document was signed when it was sent or when it was received\! It’s all there in black-and-white. When you can do business, review contracts, get them signed, or sign them yourself from no matter where you are, including laying poolside\! The integration layer in particular is expensive relative to the value, and for a workflow that's essentially "send document, capture signature, fire a webhook," the pricing feels steep. It does the job, but I'd like to see a more cost-effective option for this kind of integration-driven use.
