Applicant Pro screwed me twice. 1) set unapproved disqualifying questions which allowed 2 seperate skilled technicians slip thru the cracks. 2) turned off notifications for applicants in which i had 5 applicants and i was never notified of them. Addressed the issue with my account manager and they basically said whoops. No compensation for missing out on a total of 7 applicants over a 6 month period in which skilled trades are already hard to come by. > > started out good. then quickly went down hill once they were "aquired" by iSolved. I missed 7 applicants over the course of 6 months in a skilled trade field where skilled trade is already hard to come by. Applicant pro basically said whoops and offered a very poor compensation that was not beneficial.
