I also like the intake form that I was also able to set up on my own and use it with my website. The pipelines and opportunities were also easy to set up. In addition, it is an excellent value compared to other systems I looked at. The other systems were too complex and were not easy to use. There are so many great features that make LACRM very easy to use.

> **Pros**: I was looking for a CRM that was simple to use. I signed up for several other products and they were all too complicated. Yes they have lots of bells and whistlers and may be great for big corporations but I found just simple tasks were too difficult to do. I almost had to be a software expert to make them work. Also, getting a person to help with some of these other products was not easy. With Less Annoying CRM I was up and running literally in minutes, loading in my contacts, creating fields and scheduling tasks. It was so easy I never even needed to use Help to figure out how to do things. The one time that I did need to call support, someone in the US answered immediately and gave me the information I needed.
