They offer great tutorial videos for every aspect of the program, which is super helpful. We use the communications feature (both email and mass texting) almost daily at our school. It is perfect for last-minute reminders about due dates or for changes in schedules, as in snow days and weather delays. > > **Cons**: The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because there are some features that are missing that would be very helpful. The Gradelink app is great for parents and students, but there is no option for an app for the teachers or admin to use. It would be so helpful to be able to communicate via our phones, but instead we have to use a laptop to send messages. Gradelink does open on a phone browser, but it does not optimize for mobile viewing and will cut off the screen. The other feature that is inconvenient is that parents can't enroll from the app. They must log in on a laptop to do this. Every year we have parents calling the office because their enrollment isn't working, when in fact, they are just trying to do it from the app. > > I have always been very pleased with the support that I received when I contacted them with issues.
