Customer support is very limited. A 2 hour wait is very common and unacceptable. In conclusion. Ever since the company was sold the software has gone straight downhill. It has a great display of information for admin users, service teams, and collectors. It is easy to update accounts and most importantly those changes are visible to anyone. We like that it is very useful in keeping track of changes and gives you many ways of flagging and identifying distinct and important information on each one of them. The creation and customization of reports are not that straightforward. It’s not super difficult to learn, but if you don’t have all the pieces and follow all the steps in a specific order, it won’t be able to work....
