If you are talking about a central repository for documentation and collaboration, and SharePoint does it well. As a sales person, I create a lot of lead lists and collateral that I use on a day to day basis, and without a tool like Ms SharePoint, it would have been a nightmare managing all those lead lists and all that documentation. Ms PowerPoint has enabled us to create a central repository for our documents and collateral. I also love the fact that it’s easy to share those documents internally and even externally if you need to share the documents externally. It’s super safe and secure and it does make life a lot easier if you deal with a lot of documents > > **Cons**: So far, I haven’t come across something I do not like about Ms SharePoint. You can access it from anywhere and it makes it easy to collaborate with teams > > My overall experience with Ms SharePoint has been great. Collaborating with teams is easier since you can see all updates that are being made in real time. If you work in a dynamic team from all over the world or country, Ms SharePoint makes it easier to manage documents and some essential collateral. You can easily work with Excel files, Word Documents, PowerPoint documents and it’s very easy to edit and customise all these documents. You can easily create Folders and Sub Folders for hygiene and ease to find documents.
