2. Intergrates features such as SMS-Alerts and finger-printing which are so crucial in security of persons financial account access\!

3. Great Interface and Reports management Structure.

4. Ability for Clients to access their accounts on online version.

> **Pros**: It is easy, convenient and user friendly. It has all the reports you need especially for a micro finance or a financial institution.

> **Cons**: Few issues keep arising but our IT manager and the developers keep assisting each other to resolve it. Sometimes it takes weeks for the developers to get it resolved, i guess particularly because of the time differences we have.
