> **Pros**: Punch List is very easy to set up and use, especially for site teams who need to record defects quickly from their phones. Adding photos, comments, locations and status information is straightforward, and the PDF reports are clean and easy to share with project teams. The app is simple enough that users can start using it without much training. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful during our setup.

> **Cons**: A shared or cloud-synchronised project list would make the product much more useful for larger teams.
> 
> Overall, our experience has been positive. The product is simple, practical and well suited to capturing defects on site and producing professional reports quickly. The setup process was straightforward, and the support we received during the rollout was excellent. For individual inspections it works very well.
