> **Pros**: What I liked most about Zarina CRM is how incredibly intuitive and easy to use it is right from the start. The lead management and sales tracking features have completely streamlined our daily workflow. It offers fantastic value for money compared to other tools on the market, and their customer support team is always responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we have a question.

> **Cons**: There isn't much to dislike. Initially, setting up the custom email templates took a little bit of time to get perfectly right, but once configured, everything runs smoothly. Adding a few more out-of-the-box integrations in future updates would be a nice bonus, but it doesn't detract from the overall great experience.
