> **Pros**: For thirty years, I have conducted performance reviews in the military, Fortune 500 companies, and now within my own business. Through this extensive experience, I've recognized that while performance reviews are essential, they often become time-consuming, deprioritized, and lack specificity related to individual roles. Many managers overlook their true value.

In my own company, the process of developing and delivering these reviews demanded significant time investment. That was until I discovered FieldCon. This platform is tailored to align with each team member's specific job, reducing preparation time significantly. FieldCon generates insightful questions and even provides my talking points, making the process easy and straightforward.

When things are "easy," they get done, and when they're done, we see results. FieldCon has enabled me to effectively calibrate both above-average and below-average performances. During reviews, I often find discrepancies between my assessments and the self-evaluations of team members regarding their strengths and weaknesses. This discrepancy fosters healthy dialogues and cultivates a growth-oriented mindset.

For instance, one team member believed he excelled at maintaining a clean work area. Through our discussion, I shared specific examples of areas needing improvement. He recognized these insights and committed to being more consistent. Conversely, another team member rated himself lower than my assessment of his work quality.
