Every new account starts with $25 of signup credit (about 100 conversations), applied automatically at your first store. No credit card is required to sign up, and the credit does not expire while your store is active. A card is requested only once the signup credit runs out.

A default monthly cap of $59 keeps costs predictable. You can raise or lower this cap anytime from your billing dashboard, or enable pause-on-cap so the assistant stops once the cap is reached. AI model (LLM) costs are included in the per-conversation price, so there is nothing separate to buy or connect.

A conversation is one shopper chat session, regardless of how many messages it contains. You are billed per conversation, not per message and not per sale. If it never talks to a customer, you never pay.
