- **Pricing Details**: CollectSocials is a flat subscription. There is no setup fee, no per-seat charge, no commission on anything you display, and no paid add-ons. What you pay is decided by two things: how many social sources you connect, and how much traffic the feed serves.

Free, permanent
The free plan is not a countdown. It gives you 1 connected source, 2,000 page views a month, 1,000 posts stored, unlimited feeds, unlimited team seats, 7 of the 40 layouts, all 16 themes with the theme builder, keyword and profanity moderation, UGC rights requests, and an event wall you can build and test as long as you like plus one free 24-hour go-live. Feeds refresh every 24 hours and the widget carries a small CollectSocials link. No credit card, ever.

Trial
Every new account opens with a 7-day trial of the full product: 3 sources, all 40 layouts, X/Twitter sources, post pinning and a separate mobile design. It needs no credit card and nothing is charged when it ends. When it ends, nothing is deleted either. Sources above the free cap are paused, not removed, and they come back the moment you upgrade.

Paid plans, per month
Pro $29: 5 sources, 30,000 page views, 15,000 posts stored, 60-minute updates, all 40 layouts, branding removed, analytics.
Business $59: 15 sources, unlimited page views, 40,000 posts, 15-minute updates, live event walls, AI vision moderation on 500 posts a month, unlimited UGC rights requests.
Scale $119: 30 sources, unlimited page views, 75,000 posts, 10-minute updates, AI vision moderation on 2,000 posts a month.
Enterprise: quoted, for 50 or more sources.

Annual billing is two months free rather than a percentage: Pro is $290 a year, which works out at $24 a month, Business $590 a year at $49 a month, Scale $1,190 a year at $99 a month.

What is metered, and what happens at the cap
A page view is one request from a hosted embed on your site. The counter resets on a rolling 30-day cycle. If a free or Pro account passes its cap, we do not bill an overage and we do not invoice you later. The hosted embed simply stops serving until the counter resets or you upgrade, so a surprise bill is not possible. Business, Scale and Enterprise have no page view cap at all.

Three things are never metered on any plan, including free: event wall views, your own previews in the dashboard, and WordPress views. Once a feed has synced, the WordPress plugin serves it from your own site's database, so a page that gets popular does not become a reason to upgrade.

Included on every plan, including free
All 16 themes and the theme builder, custom colors, gradients and fonts, keyword and profanity moderation, editing and approving posts, Instagram Stories, Instagram hashtag and mention sources, Google Reviews as a full source, UGC rights requests with consent kept on record, unlimited feeds, and unlimited team seats with roles. Several of these are sold as premium add-ons elsewhere, which is why the free plan is a real plan rather than a demo.

Held back for higher tiers, stated plainly: unlimited page views, faster refresh, live event walls beyond the one free go-live, AI vision moderation, the event recap report, and higher source and storage limits.

Billing mechanics
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and shows any applicable VAT or sales tax before you confirm. You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access until the period you paid for ends. All paid plans carry a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you cancel or a payment fails, your account moves to free rather than being closed: sources above the free cap are paused and restored on upgrade, and nothing you collected is deleted.

Two things worth knowing before you buy
X/Twitter is sold as a source count and a refresh cadence, not by post volume: 1 source on Pro, 2 on Business, 5 on Scale, each updating every 12 hours. That is a deliberate limit, because X charges per post retrieved and we would rather publish the real cadence than an unusable allowance.
There is no public API. Everything runs through the dashboard, the embed code and the WordPress plugin.
