Unlimited properties and units. Includes tenant screening through Checkr (the applicant pays per report), applications and approvals with e-signature, lead capture from Zillow and Apartments.com, a unified inbox with AI drafting and summaries, 10 maintenance tickets per month with AI triage, AI listing helpers, public-record property verification through ATTOM, 50-state law guides, Academy lessons, 2FA and OAuth sign-in. Lease creation, Stripe rent collection and the AI co-pilot unlock on Prime.

Prime, $10 per month for up to 5 units
Billed annually it is $8 per month, or $96 per year. Units 6 to 200 add $2 per unit per month ($1.60 annually). Above 200 units the rate drops automatically: $1.75 per unit for 201 to 500, $1.50 for 501 to 1,000, and $1.25 beyond 1,000 (annually $1.40, $1.20 and $1.00). There is no unit cap, and Prime starts with a free trial.

No per-lease fee, no per-application fee, and no setup or onboarding fee. Tenant screening is paid by the applicant per report. Any late fee or NSF fee is set by the landlord and collected for the landlord; it is not a Rentari charge.
