> **Pros**: I’m honestly blown away by how fast I was able to get everything up and running. The setup speed was incredible, the QR code was ready instantly, and I didn't run into a single bit of technical friction.
But the real win has been how easy it is for my customers to use. They just scan the link and record; there’s no clunky app to download, which was my biggest worry. They’ve been completing their recordings so quickly, and I haven't heard a single complaint about the process being awkward.
As for the video quality, it’s fantastic. The testimonials I’m getting are so high-quality and professional that I’ve already started featuring them on my website and social media. There is just something about a real video that hits differently than a standard text review, you can actually see the sincerity in their faces. It’s made a huge difference in how we showcase our customer feedback.
