> **Pros**: SBX TMS is very useful, as it easily tracks our trucks, the GPS of the trucks, the driver details \& the delivery status -- all in real-time\! It also improves continuously with several updates to improve the overall experience. Customer service is also top-notch as the team is always readily available to help us.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, SBX updates suddenly without notice, or randomly cannot login, and we're stuck with seeking help from the support team.
> 
> Overall, the experience is smooth and impactful. It helps our daily operations and makes reporting easier as well.
