What I appreciate most is how clearly everything is explained to guests—especially the option to either place a security deposit or purchase a damage waiver. The way it’s presented really helps ease any concerns, which has led to higher completion rates and less back-and-forth.

Overall, it’s saved me time, improved the guest experience, and added a layer of professionalism to my operations. Highly recommend for any STR host looking to streamline their processes.
