- **Pricing Details**: TransferVista uses a subscription pricing model with three standard tiers and a custom enterprise option. All plans include the full feature set — booking widget, flight tracking, driver and fleet management, partner portal, pricing engine, and analytics. Plans differ only by monthly transfer volume included.

The Starter plan costs €39 per month and covers up to 500 transfers, with additional transfers billed at €0.30 each. 

The Growth plan costs €89 per month and covers up to 1,500 transfers, with overages at €0.20 per transfer. 

The Premium plan costs €399 per month and covers up to 5,000 transfers, with overages at €0.10 per transfer. Annual billing is available on all tiers at a reduced rate — €390, €890, and €3,990 per year respectively.

There are no per-booking commissions on any plan. Operators keep 100% of their booking revenue. There are no setup fees, and no features are locked behind higher tiers — every plan includes Stripe integration, Google Calendar sync, the embeddable booking widget, API access, white-label options, and multi-language support.

A free plan is available with basic booking features and one staff account, intended for operators testing the platform or launching a new service. All paid plans include a one-month free trial with full functionality.

Plans are flexible and can be upgraded or downgraded as booking volume changes. For operators exceeding 5,000 monthly transfers or requiring custom configurations, enterprise pricing is available on request.
