> **Pros**: Learned helps make evaluations more consistent and less dependent on individual managers. It better records agreements and feedback, making follow-up and development more concrete. HR gains more insight and overview and has less ad hoc operational work to do. Employees gain more clarity about development opportunities, which can contribute to engagement and retention

> **Cons**: We would like to be able to flexibly set within a single template whether peer feedback is requested for a selection of employees. Currently, we often work with two templates.In addition, it would be nice if peer feedback could be made optionally visible in the 9-grid.

This made the process time-consuming for managers and caused HR to get bogged down in operational work with too little insight. Before, every manager had their own style, which made the quality and follow-up of conversations vary a lot. Now there is much more structure, and HR has better insight into how employees are doing, how they experience their work, and where support is needed. That makes it easier to guide the right actions at the right time.

> **Cons**: For some managers, the action list on the homepage can become quite long and difficult to scan. It would help if this overview could be made clearer or easier to prioritize. We would also like to see further improvements in the AI functionality, and it would be valuable if goals from a job profile could be pushed directly to the employee.

> **Pros**: We mainly use Learned for evaluations and job profiles, and it’s helped us put a more uniform way of working in place. Before this, managers were doing conversations in their own style, which made it hard to keep things consistent. With Learned there’s more structure, and as HR we have a better view of what’s going on and where&#10;people might need support. Once you’re past the setup, it’s a really solid system to work with.

> **Cons**: Because it offers so many options, it can feel a bit complex at the start. In our case (we work with a lot of temporary staff) it sometimes feels a bit “too extensive” for what we need day-to-day. Implementation also takes time, and we simply didn’t have enough capacity to do it properly ourselves at first. The good news is: the support helped a lot, they really pulled us through the setup.

> Positive overall. It’s not a tool you just switch on in an afternoon, but if you invest the time (or get the right help), it pays off. We now have more consistent conversations, clearer follow-up, and HR has more insight than we used to. For us the key was getting implementation support, otherwise it would’ve stayed on the shelf a bit too long.
