> **Pros**: What i liked about GenetIQ was the ease of use and the ability to customise it to suit individual preferences. Additionally the system deliver quick and responsive performance making it highly efficient to work with.
The customer support is excellent, providing quick response to any issues. They also take the time to explain solutions clearly, enabling users to handle similar situations independently in the future. 
Any bugs or issues are addressed promptly, ensuring that their impact is kept to a minimum. Defiantly 10/10

> **Cons**: There was very little i disliked about GenetIQ, initially the layout was a bit challenging to navigate, but once i became familiar with it, i grew to really appreciate and enjoy using it with ease.

Customer support is highly responsive and very friendly resolving issues quickly and providing clear guidance to help prevent future problems.
