> **Pros**: The thing I've liked most about Octayne PSA is that the team is incredibly responsive and actively collaborates with us to bring solutions to the platform quickly. I've joked that I don't think \[sensitive content hidden\] has ever told me "no." Working with him and the team feels like a partnership. For a small business, the value for the money Octayne has brought us by providing visibility into data that used to span countless spreadsheets and several systems is enormous.

> **Cons**: As it's still growing, our appetite for functionality often exceeds its capabilities at X moment in time. However, Octayne's functional footprint has grown and continues to grow exponentially on a weekly basis -- and with very few defects.  Said differently -- they deliver a lot, quickly, broadly, and with very high quality. (I can't even really criticize them\!)

> This tool has been an excellent change from the previous time tracking tool I was using. Despite having a tool, I was keeping a very complicated spreadsheet with formulas and pivot tables in order to accurately track my time with confidence. Now, I just keep Octayne open in a browser tab and add time throughout the day as I start and stop tasks for different projects. The Outlook integration makes it even easier. This tool is top notch\!

Any questions or issues addressed to Customer Support were answered/corrected very timely.&#10;&#10;The added features of the dashboard, utilization and reporting will be beneficial\!

> **Pros**: What stood out immediately with Octayne is that it doesn’t feel like a traditional PSA with some AI features sprinkled in. It actually feels built around AI from the ground up. The biggest win for us has been pre-sales. After just a couple of Zoom discovery calls and pulling in Salesforce data, it can generate a structured SOW draft with clear deliverables, assumptions, milestones, and effort estimates. It’s not just summarizing notes - it’s thinking through the scope. The AI assistant asks smart follow-up questions, flags potential gaps, and helps tighten up the project plan before it ever goes to the client. It’s saved our team a huge amount of time and made our proposals noticeably stronger.

> **Cons**: Because it’s so different from traditional PSA tools, there’s a bit of a mindset shift required. But once you adopt it, it’s hard to imagine going back.

> Overall, the experience has been extremely positive. It’s reduced a lot of the manual back-and-forth between sales and delivery, and we’re seeing fewer surprises once projects kick off. The automation around time tracking, scoping, and project updates actually feels helpful instead of gimmicky. There is a small adjustment period if you’re used to legacy PSA systems, but once the team got comfortable with it, it became part of our daily workflow pretty naturally. It feels modern, practical, and genuinely aligned with how consulting teams operate today. The team is also great to work with, especially Adam answering every email and call from everyone on our team.
