> **Pros**: I can use icmInspector for all quality issues from documentation to quality control. I love contacting icmInspector support because it is very fast and will always solve your problem.

> **Cons**: At first it is difficult to use and takes time to implement, but later it becomes very logical. I did not see any huge problem with icm.

> I think icmInspector is very usefull aplication not only for quality issues. You can use it for make form what you need. You can use many different types of questions to create surveys, allowing you to add a photo, data, text, code, signature or date. Custome support of icm are very helpfull and work express.
