> **Pros**: The onboarding process was smooth with step by step approach with regular scheduled meetings as well as offline support from NQC team. NQC has been supporting with regular meeting and well as quick to answer any related questions.
> 
> **Cons**: Supply chain mapping is very complex and there is no standard solution developed yet.  The current NQC solution will need some refinement when it comes to ease of use.
> 
> The supplier assurance is in our experience the solution that is in the forefront.  The solution is flexible when it comes to how to create your supply chain map. We are mapping based on a risk perspective with limited selection of highest risk material and components.
