The documentation templates blend seamlessly with the way we evaluate and treat patients and the real-time updating of notes has greatly reduced the volume of end-of-day admin. The scheduling process is also much easier scheduling patient sessions, progress checks, and follow-ups in one location not only facilitates the team’s coordination but also helps the whole team stay in sync. The reporting tools enable one to easily monitor outcomes and present the patients their progress over time, thus creating trust and keeping them involved in their rehab plan.

> **Cons**: My only concern is that the system needs improvement in dealing with high-resolution videos and images. PT clinics usually upload movement assessments, and the uploading of larger files can be a little longer than expected. However, it does not prevent us from using the platform but a quicker upload would be a real advantage on busy days.
