Free — €0 per month.
Standard — €49 per month or €490 per year.
Pro — €99 per month or €990 per year.

The Standard, Pro and Enterprise plans are fixed-price subscriptions available with monthly or annual billing.

All plans include core booking and fleet management capabilities. Higher-tier plans add integrated POS, retail stock control, automatic invoicing, analytics, advanced pricing, delivery and pickup management, customer loyalty tools, GPX routes, B2B partner booking engines, multiple locations and repair workshop management.

A free version is available. The Standard, Pro and Enterprise plans each include a 14-day free trial.

Bike Booking Engine does not charge a software commission on booking revenue. Software subscription fees are not calculated as a percentage of bookings or sales.

FlexyRent PAY is Bike Booking Engine’s native payment solution, integrated directly into the booking workflow. Payments, outstanding balances, invoices, payment links, authorized future charges and refunds remain connected to the corresponding booking.

FlexyRent PAY card processing fees are separate from software subscription fees. These fees apply only to online card transactions and vary by plan and card type.

Each rental business configures its own online checkout payment rules. The business can collect either the full booking amount or a configurable partial booking payment, with the remaining balance collected later.

> **Pros**: La verdatilidsd del sistema, se puede entrar desde varios dispositivos y consultar cualquier cosa y editarla al momento. Bien optimizado con la web. Bien enfocado a un alquiler de bicis.

> **Cons**: La manera de asignar los rangos y precios de bicicletas a primera vista puede resultar dificil de comprender ya que se usa precios medios por dia. Falta de poder añadir alguna imagen  de articulos. Editar precio directamente al canjear el articulo. Al hacer un albaranan y escanear las cosas podrian escanearse en orden abecedario o orden de escaneado y no un orden que qun desconozco. Necesario asignar articulos con cantidad infinita para las cosas que son consumibles y no hay un determinado numero de unidades. En las reservas que el dato que cobtrole la informacion del cliente no sea su correo electronico sino mejor su numero de telefono a nuestra preferencia.

> Es sencillo y tiene todo lo necesario para un alquiler de bicicletas sin cosas innecesarias. Al principio era confuso porque se tenia que aprender pero una vez le pillas el truco es bueno de operar y sabes donde ir directamente para editar cualquier cosas.
