> **Pros**: I was initially drawn to BidBow by its simple interface and seemingly user-friendly layout. But, after having used it for a few months now, I really enjoy how easy it is to use, the features it has and its overall purpose. I am a sitework estimator and use AGTEK for my takeoff. Previously, there was a large headache and time-sink transferring all of my takeoff for a job into a presentable estimate with prices. BidBow has taken this manual process and made it into buttons. Now, I can export my takeoff from AGTEK, import into BidBow and with its auto estimate buttons automatically assign prices to my items. With a database I have built I can pull prices directly or from past jobs saving hours building out an estimate.

> **Cons**: Personally, I do not like web-based programs. Although, this does not affect its function or purpose. BidBow gets me 90% of the way there, instances like earthwork and modeling are much more difficult to apply as they require manipulation and interpretation.

> Overall, BidBow has become part of my workflow and is saving me time. Customer support is amazing. I am eager to learn more it can offer in terms of efficiency and accuracy.

> **Pros**: BidBow has one of the lowest barriers to entry of any estimating software that I have ever used. I was able to begin estimating in an afternoon after the initial onboarding process. In addition, their development team is incredibly approachable and eager to hear about process changes to make the system better.

> **Cons**: There's not much to NOT like. Some of the features are not really applicable to my style or scheme of estimating but that's not really a con because they're lightweight enough so that they aren't in the way.

> I began during the Beta phase of BidBow and after a very brief period of evaluation decided that I wanted to subscribe and incorporate it into my business operations. I have been working with BidBow now and have completed multiple estimates in the system with a great success rate.

The resource and activity library keeps everything organized and consistent, and the Auto-Quote feature makes creating new estimates much faster by using previous project data. I also love the subcontractor quote import—it reads the subcontractor’s proposal and inserts it directly into the package, eliminating manual entry.

> **Cons**: None so far. The software performs exceptionally well and the customer support is excellent and they are also always innovating.
